Windy River Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by licensed home inspector Chris Denney. Chris has dedicated his life and career to helping people through any kind of work that he does, and his work as a home inspector is no different. Completely focused on helping his customers navigate their home purchases, Chris offers friendly and straightforward inspection services that leave his customers feeling confident to make their own decisions. 20 Years of Building Construction Knowledge
Before becoming a licensed home inspector, Chris’s 20 years of experience in construction along with his 15-year career as a firefighter and paramedic helped him to develop the extensive knowledge of building practices that he has today. As a firefighter, Chris learned important information about building construction and safety that comes in handy today during his inspections. He has hands-on experience with both residential and commercial construction and has completed many residential remodeling projects over the years. Additionally, Chris has experience buying and selling rental properties. All of his experience makes him an ideal inspector for first-time home buyers and experienced investors alike who want to learn exactly how their homes work and how to repair or maintain them.
In His Free Time
Aside from working and helping his community, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and friends and participating in outdoor activities. He loves golfing, snowboarding, boating, kiteboarding, and hiking with his beloved Golden Retriever, Maximus.
